Troop 394’s goal is to prepare every troop youth to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Scout Law
Our Scouting program will engage and encourage your Scout to learn and practice leadership skills. Every member of the troop has the opportunity to participate in both shared and total leadership situations.
Your Scout will be rewarded for each achievement, which helps them gain self-confidence. The steps in the advancement system help a Scout grow in self-reliance and in the ability to help others.
